A Psychological Services Practice
Pathways Unlimited, Inc. was founded by Dr. Monique Gray in 2000 to provide psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults within a private practice setting. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and behaviors and develop coping strategies to more effectively cope with life’s stressors. Most importantly, we are committed to having our clients recognize that while life may not be working the way they would like, the pathways for change or success are unlimited.
We support our clients through various life challenges including, but not limited to anxiety and depression.
United Health Care (Quantum, UBH)
and most Medicare plans.
We also provide services to various Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and offer sliding scale services.
Services are available for children, adolescents, and adults to help them address issues of concern and work towards achievable goals.
Services are available for couples who are working to address unhealthy relationship patterns, heal hurt, and work towards success and happiness in their relationships.
Services are available to support the family as they identify relational problems and develop healthy ways of relating to one another.
We provide group settings where clients can discuss and develop strategies for coping with common problems and concerns.
Outreach and Consultation
Members of the Pathways Unlimited team are available to provide consultation and outreach services on a variety of topics.
Supervision and Mentoring
We provide supervision and mentoring to mental health clinicians – doctoral and post-doctoral candidates; licensed professional counselors; and psychologist. We also mentor teens and young adults interested in pursuing a career in mental health.
MEET DR. MONIQUE GRAY
Dr. Gray is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the owner of Pathways Unlimited, Inc. She has provided psychological services for over 25 years in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including inpatient psychiatry, university based clinic, and private practice. She has worked with clients across the life span, providing individual, family, couples and group therapy; and psychological assessments. She also provides post-doctoral supervision and mentoring; life coaching; and seminars.
Dr. Gray provides individual and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief issues, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, work related stress, behavior problems, ADHD, “attitude” problems and life transitions. She assists parents and teachers in creating behavior management programs that encourage and supports behavior changes in her young clients. Dr. Gray teaches clients to express their feelings appropriately so that the need to act out their feelings behaviorally is significantly reduced. She supports her clients in developing coping strategies that makes life work more effectively.
Dr. Gray received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 1982 from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. She received her Masters of Arts in Psychology in 1986 and her Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in 1997 from Georgia State University. In 2000, Dr. Gray founded Pathways Unlimited, Inc., to provide psychological services to children, adolescents and adults. Her goal is to help her clients see their world differently, and to empower them to make changes in their lives or to develop strategies to cope with life’s stressors. Most importantly she is committed to having her clients recognize that while life may not be working the way you would like, the pathways for change or success are unlimited.
MEET CHRISTOPHER LITTLE, LPC
Mr. Christopher M. Little grew up in Dekalb County, GA and graduated from Lakeside High School. He earned his BA in Psychology from Duke University and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. He has been involved with the development of youth and young adults for over 19 years as a mentor, counselor, and coach. He has spent his entire professional career working to remove personal, social and emotional barriers allowing individuals to regain focus and ultimately reach their intended goals. Mr. Little has advised and guided many families through the process of mastering the skills necessary to overcome personal challenges and achieve their desired outcome. Mr. Little is committed to serving and helping those who seek to find purpose and direction in their journey of life. He hopes to be instrumental in the emotional and mental development of those he has the privilege to encounter.
