The following is a sample of the Product Master Control Screen where publishers are able to set up the types of Products and Services that are to be used for a publication.  These Products can be placed in a Hierarchy or can simply be a one level list of products, services, or other information.

For each Product/Service that is set up, publishers are able to define an unlimited number of "specifications" that pertain to the product.  These specifications can contain any variety of data types (e.g. character, numeric, dates, logical, pick lists, etc.).  Below is an example of a Product Specification Control Screen.

Once Product Master & Product Specification control records are in place, data entry clerks may add Product Detail records to particular companies within a publication.  Below is an example of the Product Specification Detail Screen that would result from the control records shown above.
